The role

mobileLIVE is looking for an AI Practice Leader who can help us pioneer innovative AI solutions and make a real impact in the IT industry.

As an AI Practice Lead at mobileLIVE, you won't just be working on mundane tasks. You'll be leading our dynamic AI team, growing the practice from ground up, and defining our AI strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in aligning our AI projects with business objectives, mentoring team members, and ensuring ethical AI practices.

Our role will involve a blend of strategic leadership, hands-on project management, and technical expertise. You'll lead crucial AI projects, implement AI strategy, and guide our team to create cutting-edge solutions that align with our business objective.

You will 

• Develop, lead, and operationalize the AI and Data  practice.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI  and Data for internal & external clients.
• Develop and showcase specific industry applications at mobileLIVE innovation & experience center.
• Envision, develop & sell innovative solutions in AI verticals.
• Manage projects focused on ML/AI /Data  and provide consulting services to clients on a wide range of advanced analytics-based services.
• Understand client objectives and create a credible project plan based on the types of data available, possible algorithm choices, and implementation options.
• Build relevant suite of ML/AI / Data models and test/compare various algorithm choices and modeling/convergence parameters.
• Present results and help clients understand the models and their usage in operations.
• Work with deployment teams to help implement the models on client/cloud infrastructure.
• Work with senior management to develop overall technology strategy, particularly in AI/ML domain.
• Work with senior management to build/procure the right set of skills/talent.
• Represent mobileLIVE in relevant industry forums, create blogs/papers to advocate mobileLIVE as premiere AI/ML/Data service provider.

Who you are 

• Overall 10-15 years’ experience.
• Degree in Comp Science or math/statistics.
• Deep understanding of business goals, applications/use cases in their domain. Understanding of industry verticals in the context of their domain.
• 5+ years’ experience in sales and new business development roles.
• Broad understanding of technology used in AI and Data
• Good understanding of IT technologies, massive cloud platforms and what they offer.
• 8+ years of experience in client facing project management and delivery experience.
• 5+ years of experience working at a large consulting or systems integration firm leading AI and Data  projects.
• Highly-driven and results focused. Willing to stretch to meet tight timelines.
• Cares deeply about the quality of output and invests time and energy to ensure that deliverable are meet/exceed client expectations.
• Good team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across geographies/time zones.
• Possess the ability to influence without authority in a matrix environment.
