The Role :
Core Web Vitals Sr Front End Dev.
CWV Monitoring & Optimization:
- Continuously monitor Core Web Vitals scores (LCP, FID, CLS) across multiple pages of the website.
- Implement strategies to improve site performance and ensure the best possible user experience.
Performance Audits:
- Perform regular performance audits using tools such as Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and Web Vitals to assess and improve key metrics related to loading performance, interactivity, and visual stability.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing page load times, JavaScript execution, and other front-end issues affecting user experience.
SEO Collaboration:
- Coordinate with SEO teams to ensure Core Web Vitals improvements are aligned with overall search engine optimization strategies, as CWV is a ranking factor for Google.
You Will :
- Design and develop responsive, high performance, reliable browser-based web applications targeting both mobile devices and desktop clients.
- Participate in how our enterprise grade solutions are built, deployed, and operated in a true Agile setting supported by senior developers, testers, and product managers.
- Proven ability to optimize website performance by appropriately interpreting Core Web Vitals.
- Ability to write clean, modular, high-performance, reusable code/ UI components/libraries.
- Experience integrating RESTful services and API.
- Use a variety of programming languages including ReactJS, NodeJS, and VueJS, to create user-friendly web pages.
- Maintain and enhance enterprise level websites.
Who You Are :
- 2+ years of experience as a Front-end web developer, designing/developing/maintaining web applications.
- Excellent knowledge of browser troubleshooting and debugging practices and techniques
- Expertise with SEO principles and Core Web Vitals
- Good knowledge in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks ReactJS, NodeJS & VueJS
- Experience with version control tools, preferably git.
- Experience working with GitHub, API Services, Azure DevOps environment.
- Experience using CMS platforms, preferably Cloud cannon.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
- Exceptional eye for detail and passion for quality.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
As related to Core Web Vitals, the candidate should have a strong technical understanding of the concepts of "LCP - Largest Contentful Paint, INP - Interaction to Next Paint, and CLS - Cumulative Layout Shift." In addition, the resource should also have experience and success with researching and troubleshooting web pages with the goal of improving with improving these primary 3 metrics associated to Core Web Vitals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Web Performance Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Google Lighthouse, Web Vitals, PageSpeed Insights, Chrome DevTools, and others.
