The role
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze credit card data for credit risk, marketing, fraud BUs etc.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving database systems and data pipelines.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and propose solutions to improve data quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Create reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI etc
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests related to customer behaviour, product performance etc
  • Document processes and findings clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Toos: Adobe Audience Manager, Target, Experience Manager, Quantum Metrics


You will
  • Proficient in designing and executing reporting, analysis, and data visualizations using diverse applications such as Tableau, Power BI, SPSS, Excel, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • Fluent in programming languages to extract and manage data (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and analyze large datasets.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Experience with data modelling and business analysis techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy.
  • Knowledge of relational and dimensional databases, with an understanding of the flow of data throughout administrative systems.

Who you are 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for working with data.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data analytics.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exposure to financial services or credit card data through coursework or projects.
