The Role :

As CI/CD or DevOps Architect, you will lead the technical architecture of client's migration program — owning pipeline design standards, AI toolchain governance, and stakeholder alignment across the engineering organization. You will act as the functional lead and SME for agentic AI system design, shaping how LLMs like GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, and Claude are prompted and orchestrated to drive automated pipeline migration at scale. You will bridge deep DevOps expertise with AI fluency and strong communication skills to guide wave execution, enforce quality gates, and ensure the migration delivers a production-grade, audit-ready GitHub Actions estate.

You Will :
  • Define and govern the GitHub Actions pipeline architecture, template library, and workflow standards across all migration waves.
  •  Lead stakeholder engagement with engineering, security, and compliance teams — communicating fluently in both French and English.
  • Architect OIDC-based cloud authentication, GHAS enablement, and branch protection/deployment gate patterns.
  •  Serve as SME and functional lead for agentic AI system design — leading the design of prompts, instructions, and reasoning chains that drive the AI migration engine (Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or equivalent).
  • Author and govern the prompt library and AI instruction sets used to classify, convert, and validate Bitbucket pipelines at scale; define guardrails, output schemas, and human-in-the-loop review criteria.
  • Collaborate with the AI Platform Engineer to translate CI/CD standards into machine-actionable agent instructions, ensuring the agentic toolchain behaves predictably within a regulated environment.
  • Oversee migration wave planning, asset classification, and risk-tiering across 5,000+ repositories.
  • Establish CI/CD equivalence validation standards and formal wave sign-off criteria.
  •  Serve as an escalation point for complex pipeline architectures, agentic output failures, edge cases, and compliance requirements.
Who You Are :
  • Senior DevOps or platform architect with 8+ years of experience, with a strong track record in CI/CD design at enterprise scale.
  •  Fully bilingual (French and English) — capable of leading workshops, writing documentation, and presenting to VP-level stakeholders in both languages.
  • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Claude, or equivalent) in a professional engineering context — not just as a user, but as someone who has shaped how they are applied on a team or program.
  •  Demonstrated ability to design prompts, system instructions, and agent workflows for LLM-powered tools; comfortable with concepts like tool use, chain-of-thought prompting, output validation, and agentic loop design.
  • Deep expertise in GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, and CI/CD equivalence patterns; experience migrating legacy pipelines at scale is a strong asset.
  •  Comfortable with OIDC federation, GHAS (secret scanning, code scanning, Dependabot), and enterprise GitHub org administration.
  •   Strong architectural communication skills — able to translate complex DevOps and AI decisions into clear, defensible design records.
  •  Nice-to-have: production banking or financial services experience (change management gates, audit trails, regulated deployment workflows); experience with Jenkins, self-hosted runner fleet management, LangChain agent design, or GitOps / ArgoCD patterns.
