The role

As a Product Strategy & Opportunity Manager, your job is to turn unclear situations into clear, grounded directions.

You will lead early conversations with clients, run discovery sessions, and identify where real value can be created. At the same time, you will shape how opportunities are communicated, building narratives that are simple, credible, and backed by how products and platforms actually work.

This role blends product thinking, experience awareness, technical understanding, and storytelling. It requires you to step into conversations, ask better questions, connect business needs with system realities, and bring everything together into a point of view that others can align behind. At its core, this role is about creating clarity that is not just insightful, but also feasible.

You will
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops that help uncover what truly matters, not just what is being asked
  • Bring structure to complex or ambiguous client situations and define clear problem statements
  • Translate business problems into product, platform, and experience opportunity areas
  • Identify dependencies across systems, integrations, and processes at a high level
  • Develop high-level solution constructs, including:
  • Product capability maps
  • Experience flows and journey improvements
  • Platform and integration considerations
  • Shape compelling narratives for pitches, proposals, and executive conversations
  • Anchor storytelling in realistic solutioning, not just conceptual ideas
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Design teams to align on direction and messaging
  • Synthesize inputs such as:
  • Architecture viewpoints
  • Product constraints
  • Delivery considerations
  • Connect insights from discovery into clear next steps, phased approaches, and directional roadmaps
  • Use relevant examples, case studies, benchmarks, and industry context to strengthen how we position our solutions
  • Leverage AI tools and frameworks to:
  • Accelerate research and synthesis
  • Improve narrative quality
  • Build reusable assets for future pursuits

Who you are
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • You are someone who is comfortable when things are not fully defined
  • You don’t wait for clarity, you create it. You know how to listen, ask the right questions, and quickly make sense of different inputs. You can step into a room with senior stakeholders and guide a conversation without overcomplicating it
  • You think in terms of problems and outcomes, not just features or outputs
  • You have a working understanding of:
  • Digital product architectures
  • APIs and integrations
  • Data flows and platform dependencies
  • How modern applications are built and scaled
  • You understand how product decisions connect with technology feasibility and business impact
  • You are hands-on with AI in a practical way. You use it to improve how you think, structure, and deliver, and you actively build reusable ways of working using AI
  • You don’t just use AI tools, you think in terms of systems, prompts, and repeatable workflows
  • You have strong experience crafting compelling pitch decks and executive narratives
  • You have a natural ability to tell a story. Not just in slides, but in how you connect ideas, structure thinking, and help others see the bigger picture
  • You enjoy working across disciplines. You can speak to product, understand technology at a meaningful level, and appreciate experience design without needing to go deep into execution
  • Most importantly, you take pride in making things clearer, simpler, and more meaningful than you found them
